Heiton director resigns

Heiton Group today announced Vincent O’Doherty, who has been a director of the group for the past 11 years has retired from the Board.

This was planned following the company's AGM.

At a board meeting later in the day, following the AGM, the board co-opted Vincent O’Doherty as a director so that, in the present circumstances, the team which has steered the company will remain intact until the current offer period ends.
