British Airways is to pass on the impact of record oil prices by increasing the fuel surcharge paid by long-haul passengers, it was reported today.

British Airways is to pass on the impact of record oil prices by increasing the fuel surcharge paid by long-haul passengers, it was reported today.

The charge is currently £2.50 on all flights but is expected to increase to between £6 and £8 for a one-way long-haul trip from as early as this week.
