The Irish Takeover Panel has extended the deadline for Grafton to decide on whether to take over Heiton to Friday August 13.

The Irish Takeover Panel has extended the deadline for Grafton to decide on whether to take over Heiton to Friday August 13.

Grafton requested the extension and Heiton have agreed to it.

The decision was originally to be made by 5pm today.
