Study highlights need for workplace childcare

63% of employees would change jobs if they could access childcare facilities in work and most would take a pay cut if necessary, a new employment survey has revealed.

The survey by top recruitment website, RecruitIreland.com shows an overall increase in levels of dissatisfaction with childcare facilities and costs. Employers of just 5.6% of respondents provide childcare or crèche facilities at work.
