Pension fund reports 4.5% return for first half of 2004

The National Pension Reserve Fund has reported a 4.5% return for the first six months of this year.

The fund said the return on investments of €450m brought its total value to €10.6bn.

The NPRF annual report for 2003 showed that the fund’s investments earned a return of 12.8% last year.
