Citrix reports Q1 results

Citrix Systems, a global leader in access infrastructure solutions, has reported results for the second quarter ended June 30.

Revenues for the second quarter of 2004 were $178.3m (€145.5m), compared to $143m (€116.6m) in the same period of the previous year, representing a 24.6% increase.

Deferred revenue grew to $193.8m (€158m), compared to $128.2m (€104.6m) in the same period of 2003, representing an increase of 51.2 per cent.

Net income for the second quarter of 2004 was $31.5m (€25.7m), compared to $29.3m (€23.9m), for the same period a year ago.
