Ion Equity launches corporate finance houses

Ion Equity in Ireland has announced the creation of a new international network of eight leading independent corporate finance houses across Europe.

The new network - Mid-Capital - is a Europe-wide network that will offer international corporate finance services to address the needs of mid-market companies.

Mid-Capital brings together the skills of more than 100 professional corporate financiers in its eight member companies, many of whom have worked closely together over the past 15 years.

Each of the corporate finance houses in the Mid-Capital network is well established with a track record in the corporate finance and private equity markets in their home countries.

Membership of the Mid-Capital network will mean that clients of Ion Equity will be able to avail of the firm's bespoke corporate finance services but with the added support of access to first-rate international intelligence and contacts through the Mid-Capital network.
