Waterford Wedgwood announced today it is to sell its US-based cookware subsidiary All-Clad for $250m (€203m).

Waterford Wedgwood announced today it is to sell its US-based cookware subsidiary All-Clad for $250m (€203m).

The company will be sold to French company Groupe SEB.
