The Gresham Hotel Group has announced that 3,572,215 ordinary shares were bought on May 25 by Whiterain International Limited.

The Gresham Hotel Group has announced that 3,572,215 ordinary shares were bought on May 25 by Whiterain International Limited.

These shares will now be transferred to Israel Discount Bank's custodian State Street for the account of Whiterain International Ltd.
