July target set for An Post compliance: Comreg

An Post must submit an implementation plan showing how and when it expects to achieve a 94% quality of service target within 60 days.

The target was set by the communications watchdog (ComReg) who stated that the past two years has seen the quality of service performance for single piece mail fall significantly below the European Union average.
