Billionaire retailer Philip Green may sell British Home Stores to allay regulatory concerns about his proposed takeover of Marks & Spencer, it was reported today.

Mr Green has drawn up a sales memorandum and a number of possible buyers for Bhs, the Sunday Times cited industry sources as saying.
