BoI boss resigns after accessing inappropriate websites
The Chief Executive of the Bank of Ireland Group, Michael Soden has resigned.
Mr Soden has issued a statement admitting that he had accessed Internet sites forbidden under bank policy.
Mr Soden said the content of the websites accessed was not illegal but did contain links to material of an adult nature.
