Barlo to delist from ISE

Barlo is set to have its shares delisted from the Irish Stock Exchange and UK Stock Exchanges on June 22.

The relevant notice period - 20 business days - began today as Barlo had applied yesterday to have its shares delisted from the Irish Stock Exchange and UK Stock Exchanges consequent on the offer from Sarcon Limited becoming unconditional.

Barlo said today that it has applied for the cancellation of the listing of Barlo Shares on the Irish Stock Exchange and its listing with the UK Listing Authority.

A written request was received by the ISE from the radiators and plastics group and follows weeks of speculation after the collapse of the proposed management buyout led by Tony Mullins.
