DNG kicks off franchise campaign
Douglas Newman Good (DNG) has launched a nationwide marketing campaign to encourage estate agents to join its network, as part of the company's expansion plans.
The campaign - which will be branded DNG Nationwide - will see full page ads appear in national daily broadsheets and regional newspapers.
Talks with a number of high-profile estate agencies in Munster, Leinster and Connaught have already begun, DNG said today.
Michael Glynn - who set up the franchise and partner network for rival estate agent Sherry Fitzgerald - has been hired to lead the expansion.
DNG believes that consistent weekly nationwide advertising and branding, combined with access to the Dublin market will be key drivers for agents to join the network.
Glynn will also be promoting the recent investment in technology and unique access to the mortgage expertise through its sister company GMC Mortgages, which is Ireland's second largest mortgage broker.
Keith Lowe, Managing Partner of Douglas Newman Good said today :"Our strategy is to be become the largest property franchise operator in the country and we are full committed to this expansion process.
"We believe that our dominant position in property sales in the capital will be of tremendous benefit to franchisees.
"There is a great opportunity for independent agents to benefit from the tremendous opportunities our network has to offer," Lowe added.
