Irish e-learning company Ossidian has sold an enterprise licence for its telecoms eLearning library to the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (NPT).

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

(NPT) is an administrative agency under the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications, with monitoring and regulatory responsibilities for the postal and telecommunications markets in Norway.

Dublin-based Ossidian provides specialist eLearning for the wireless telecommunications industry and has signed major cellular networks, hardware and software vendors, regulatory and standards authorities.

Ossidian's library of courseware covers cellular engineering and back-office operations, satellite, digital television and emergent telecommunications protocols and services.
