Ivan Fallon, Chairman, said: "I am pleased to report that iTouch has achieved another significant milestone with its first quarter of pre-tax profit.

"These Q1 results demonstrate that we are making good financial progress with our scalable business model having launched the direct channel model in South Africa and Ireland in December."

Revenue was £16.9m (€24.8m), up from £11.3m (€16.6m) in the first quarter 2003. EBITDA profit before exceptionals was £1.7m (€2.5m) against a loss of £1.2m (€1.8m).
