The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) is expected to be up and running from June 1.

The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) is expected to be up and running from June 1.

All personal injury claims arising from workplace accidents (where employee is seeking compensation from his/her employer) must be referred to PIAB before legal proceedings are issued.
