Minister publishes Information Society report

The Minister for the Information Society, Mary Hanafin, today published the second progress report on 'New Connections', the Government's Action Plan for developing the Information Society.

The report outlines progress achieved over the past 12 months on seven policy strands - Telecommunication Infrastructure, Legal & Regulatory Environment, eGovernment, eBusiness; R&D, Lifelong Learning and eInclusion.
