Reuters awarded contract from MTI

UK based investment advisor Mitsubishi Trust International has awarded business content provision group Reuters its comprehensive web-based research and analytics desktop solution.

The platform is part of a three-year deal that provides MTI access to its internal content, coupled with investment information.

Head of International Research at MTI Investment Advisory Division, David Pike, said: "We were keen to develop an internet based platform that would become the central resource for our fund advisors and analysts.

"We saw this as the primary delivery and repository system for our in-house research, which would combine external research and information with our in-house views.

Edward Harding, VP, Investment Management at Reuters, comments: "Reuters has a proven track record in providing similar services for other leading firms such as Aegon, Morley, MeesPierson, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and, Schroders Investment Management to name but a few."
