Norwich Union announces deal with Daimler

The UK's largest insurer, Norwich Union, is set to become the sole provider of insurance for Daimler Chrysler Services Insurance Solutions.

Daimler Chrysler is responsible for the branded motor insurance products for Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep and smart brands and currently operates a panel arrangement with four insurers.

Graham Boffey, partnerships director at Norwich Union, said: "We're delighted to have won this five-year deal amid fierce competition."
