Dublin-based Ossidian Technologies has been chosen by Malaysian satellite operator Measat to use its courseware to train employees.

Earlier this month, the Blackrock outfit was chosen by Bangkok-based GSM operator AIS Shinawatra for a similar project.

Measat provides C-band and Ku-band satellite capacity to Asian Internet, telecommunications and broadcasting operators across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ossidian's library of courseware covers satellite, cellular engineering and back-office operations, digital television and emergent telecommunications protocols and services.
