Sean Quinn of the Cavan-Fermanagh based Quinn Group has become Ireland's fourth billionaire.

The owner of Quinn Direct insurance, as well as several pubs, hotels and a cement manufacturing company, has seen his fortune soar by over 600m in the past 12 months.
