A German publisher is planning to joint the list of bidders for the Telegraph, according to German press reports.

A German publisher is planning to joint the list of bidders for the Telegraph, according to German press reports.

Axel Springer, who publishes mass-circulation German tabloid Bild, is the favoured bidder for Hollinger International's Telegraph newspaper titles, the Frankfurter Allegemeine Zeitung reported today.
