Microsoft to step up tactics to fight piracy

Software giant Microsoft last night announced it would boost the fight against computer piracy, by reinforcing computer security systems.

A new firewall which among other things will stop spammers, will be proposed to users later this year, Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer said at the Center for Strategic International Studies.
