Sage agrees purchase of Denver Manufacturing
UK software company Sage has agreed to purchase a Dublin based software firm, Denver Manufacturing.
Although financial details were not disclosed, according to The Irish Times the company paid Denver's shareholders under €1m.
The acquisition will give Sage access to 600 Irish customers.
The principal beneficiary from the sale will be Ray Nolan, the founder of Hostelworld.com.
Denver Manufacturing, which trades as Cretime, sells software systems for accountants, architects, engineers and solicitors.
Sage is a FTSE100 company and is the largest software company in the UK.
