Carr Communications, the PR and media training agency headed by Ms Terry Prone is set to be taken over by a management buyout.

According to a report in the Irish Times, the company is worth €4m - €5m, and several management figures are part of a consortium purchasing the company from Ms Prone and other shareholders.
