Policy holders urged to check expiry dates

The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA) today advised all insurance policy holders to check the expiry dates on their policies in order to avoid any renewal problems that may arise during the current postal dispute.

The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA) today advised all insurance policy holders to check the expiry dates on their policies in order to avoid any renewal problems that may arise during the current postal dispute.

The IFSRA said that the postal dispute is causing problems for insurance companies and brokers sending out motor insurance renewal notices to their customers 15 days in advance of expiry.
