The board of Paddy Power has announced the appointment of Mr Patrick Kennedy as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.

Patrick is Chief Financial Officer of the Greencore Group. He was appointed to the board of Greencore Group in 2001, and assumed his current role in 2002.
