Gillette to acquire Rembrandt teeth whitening brand

Gillette the world's leading maker of shaving supplies, announced it has agreed to acquire the Rembrandt brand of at-home and professional teeth-whitening products from Den-Mat, a private firm based in Santa Maria, California.

Gillette also offers products for dental care (Braun and Oral-B brands), toiletries (Right Guard), and electric shavers (Braun) and is a leading producer of batteries (Duracell).
