Unions and employers launch new workplace safety code

Trade unions and employers have launched a new code of practice on workplace safety.

The code, a partnership between ICTU and IBEC, is designed to prevent accidents at work and to ensure that workers who are injured in the course of their duties are treated fairly and compassionately.
