Gresham issues statement in response to takeover speculation

Gresham Hotel Group has issued a statement confirming that there is no change to the revised takeover approach announced on 6 February.

The move came after Gresham shares dipped 16% yesterday on fears that the Deloitte-led takeover effort was crumbling.
