ISME claims confusion over 'benefits-in-kind'

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises group has claimed that its members are completely confused by new rules governing the taxation of benefits-in-kind.

The business organisation said employers would need a maths degree to calculate how much tax they should be deducting for the use of company cars and other benefits.
