Swiss company SR Technics has agreed to acquire rival FLS Aerospace from the Danish conglomerate FLS Industries.

Swiss company SR Technics has agreed to acquire rival FLS Aerospace from the Danish conglomerate FLS Industries.

FLS Aerospace is one of Europe's largest aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul businesses with about 1,500 employees at Dublin airport.
