ISEQ-listed personal care company IWP has agreed to sell the Skiffy Group for €28m to international distribution group Bunzl.

ISEQ-listed personal care company IWP has agreed to sell the Skiffy Group for €28m to international distribution group Bunzl.

Three companies make up the Skiffy group - Johan Putzfeld BV, Acme SA and Skiffy UK.
