Hollinger not happy with Black's deal
Newspaper group Hollinger is reportedly attempting to block the decision of former Chairman Lord Conrad Black to sell off its main titles, in order to start a wider auction.
Black had agreed to sell his controlling stake to the Barclay brothers for £260m (€375.5m).
