Anglo Irish Bank has appointed Mr Gary McGann and Mr Tom Browne to the board of the company's directors.
McGann is currently chief executive of the Jefferson Smurfit Group and is chairman designate of the new Dublin airport board to be established later this year.
Mr Browne is head of the bank's wealth management division and has been with Anglo for 12 years.
