Chairman of United Drug increases stake
Martin Rafferty, chairman of pharmaceutical company United Drug, bought one million shares in the company, increasing his stake to 3.22%, or seven million shares.
Rafferty bought the stock at a price of €2.30 per share on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, United Drug said in a statement to the Irish Stock Exchange.
Just before 3pm today the drug stock is trading up 5 cent to €2.35 on the ISEQ.
