Adecco, the world's biggest Temporary staff agency, said today its chief financial officer Felix Weber and the head of its North American Adecco Staffing business, Julio Arrieta, had resigned.

The company saw its share price slump 30% after releasing a statement on Monday saying it would delay the release of figures on its 2003 financial year after finding "material weaknesses" in internal controls in its North American operations.
