M&S to open Blanchardstown store

Marks & Spencer has entered into an agreement with Green Property to open a store in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Dublin.

The new 39,500 sq. ft Marks & Spencer store will be the anchor tenant in the Red Mall extension of the Centre, which is being developed by Green Property. The new M&S store is scheduled to open in Winter 2004.

The new store is part of a €60m investment by M&S in the Republic, including a new store at Dundrum in Dublin in Spring 2005 and three new Simply Food stores at Dun Laoghaire and Clarion Quay, Dublin and at Naas, Co Kildare.
