BPI to probe Amazon CD imports

Amazon.com is being investigated by the music industry over possible illegal importing of CDs into Britain.

The world's biggest online retailer must prove that it did not breach copyright law or practice what is termed ‘parallel importing’, when selling CDs to UK consumers.
