MCD owner takes 16% stake in Mean Fiddler

Mean Fiddler, the music events group headed by Vince Power, has sold 16% of the company to another Irish businessman, Denis Desmond.

Mean Fiddler, the music events group headed by Vince Power, has sold 16% of the company to another Irish businessman, Denis Desmond.

Mr Desmond owns MCD, Ireland's biggest music entertainment and events organiser. It is thought that the sale will add up to £4.23m (€6m) for Power.
