Harney opens Better Business Show

Tánaiste Mary Harney has opened the "Better Business Show" in Dublin today.

The Better Business Show is a national initiative organised by the Small Firms Association (SFA) and partners that will travel to 22 locations throughout Ireland during January - March 2004 period.

The concept of the show is to provide free information, advice and assistance to Ireland's 172,000 small businesses across a range of key cost issues which impact them.

Partners in the scheme are Microsoft, HP, AIB, Hibernian Insurance, Eircom and the ESB.

The Better Business show will travel to all the major business areas throughout Ireland and will address strategy, finance, ICT, hardware and software, energy, insurance, telecoms and much more.
