Vodafone delists from Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Vodafone Group Plc announced that due to the minimal amount of daily trading in the Company's shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, it has filed for delisting of its shares from that Exchange.

Vodafone is the world's top wireless phone services (subscriber) provider.

Vodafone companies are leading mobile phone operators in the US (45% owned Verizon Wireless), Germany (D2), and Britain (Vodafone).

It is anticipated that the delisting will be effective from the end of March 2004/beginning of April 2004.
