Irish managers 'offer poor service'

A new study out today shows that managers offer poor customer service in this country.

The survey of top foreign managers working in Ireland shows that, in the view of their foreign peers, Irish managers are not very well organised and do not take deadlines seriously.

One of the authors of the study, Paddy Collins, says poor understanding of the English language may be contributing to the problem.

He says if the deficits in Irish management are not addressed, it will damage Ireland's international competitiveness.
