ThirdForce improves on Electric Paper purchase
ThirdForce plc's results to June 2003 indicate an increase in turnover of almost 20% to €3,977,573.
ThirdForce changed its name and focus when it bought Electric Paper in 2003.
The company - formerly Rapid Technology Group - sold its ScreenKey operations, which made computer input devices.
It now specialises in online computer training courses and computer literacy testing.
Electric Paper contributed for €2,235,765 for the quarter it was owned by ThirdForce and the company's net losses have improved by 11.3% to €1,559,056.
Interest payable also declined by 19.3% to €300,919 and the loss per share declined from 7.60 cent in 2002 to 3.14 cent.
The financial profile of the company has continued to improve as the profitable Electric Paper buisness became the fiscal engine of the company.
