Kodak shares up on Scitex purchase

Eastman Kodak is to buy Scitex Digital Printing, a unit of Scitex Corporation specialising in ultra-high-speed digital printing technology, for $250m (€211.84m).

Scitex is expects a gain of $50-70m (€42.3 - 59.3m) on the deal and is planning to make a cash payout to shareholders once it has been completed.
