Gresham sells Killarney Ryan hotel for €13.86m

Gresham Hotel Group has said it has completed the sale of the Killarney Ryan Hotel and Leisure Centre for €13.86m.

The sale is part of the disposal announced in June of the group's three Ryan-branded hotels in Killarney, Limerick and Galway, for a total of €35.75m to Choice Hotels Ireland on behalf of a syndicate of private investors.

The company said the funds raised from the disposals will create increased flexibility to further expand the group.

The Killarney Ryan was sold to Hepton Developments.
