Following a successful pilot project earlier this year Irish e-learning company Electric Paper, has launched its International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL), courseware to Hong Kong secondary schools infor the 2004 term.

Following a successful pilot project earlier this year Irish e-learning company Electric Paper, has launched its International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL), courseware to Hong Kong secondary schools infor the 2004 term.

The company is working in conjunction with its Hong Kong partner, the IT Training Quality & Certification Institute (ITTQC).

Electric Paper managing director Jonny Parkes said: "We are currently the only provider of an ICDL test in China, with versions under development in both traditional Chinese for Hong Kong and simplified Chinese for mainland China"

He said that as the approved supplier of ICDL tests, he looks forward to working closely with ITTQC to take advantage of medium-term growth opportunities.
