Baltimore Technologies has asked shareholders to approve the proposed disposal of its PKI business to US firm beTRUSTed for £5m (€7.2m) and announced sweeping changes to its Board.

Company chairman, Peter Morgan, is to resign from the Board immediately after the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting on November 28 2003.
