€1bn spent by BMW regional assembly in four years

The local assembly in the border, midlands and western (BMW) region has revealed that more than €1bn has been spent in the area since the body’s establishment almost four years ago.

Gerry Finn, the director of the BMW regional assembly, said improvements in local roads were top of the body’s agenda.
